State of the Pants: Sage Green Update

Sometimes it's the little things. And that's been the case when working to make our Sage Green Ponderosa Pants. In our last State of the Pants update we were so excited to share that the Sage Green pants were in production. Since then, we've hit some road blocks. 

Hanging by a Thread

We thought that we were good to go... Until we weren't. Due to issues with a vendor we've been waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for the green thread necessary to sew the pants. The Slate Grey and Sky Black colors of the Ponderosa Pants have been in production while we wait (we expect to have more sizes back in stock soon, though our waitlist is growing by the day!), and we keep hoping to have a more clear update on the Sage Green, but sometimes a little update is better than none. 

We do know that the fabric for the pants have been cut and all other components necessary for the Sage Green are at the factory, ready to go! We have also sent a small amount of green thread that we've had in the office to the factory to see what they might be able to start while we wait for the thread vendor. Sourcing and production have been a dynamic process, and we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we go through this while also knowing that it will get smoother as time goes on. We *hope* to have the Sage Green Ponderosa Pants soon, but are hesitant to share a date. We don't want to get hopes up!

Updates will continue to be shared as often as we can give them, more exciting updates are still in the future, and we still love hearing stories of folks using and loving the Ponderosa Pants. Stay tuned!
